Orders and Deliveries

Ordering at www.mbt-store.eu is easy and simple. The products you chose will be placed in your basket. You can see the contents of your basket at a glance, and you can add or remove items as you wish. Simply follow the instructions which lead you through the process of ordering. If you cannot complete the process for any reason whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders are delivered from stock. We process orders on weekdays. Orders which are placed on weekdays before 16.00 (4 pm) will be processed on the same day. We pack your order and hand it over to PostNL. PostNL will almost always deliver your package on the following weekday when your delivery address is in the Netherlands, but PostNL cannot always guarantee this. Delivery takes place from Monday till Saturday. Ordinarily, orders will be delivered within 48 hours after you finish your order. A small amount of orders may take one or two days longer.

It is also possible to order from out of the rest of Europe. We calculate shipping costs according to your country:

Privacy Policy

If you place an order at www.mbt-store.eu your details will be saved in MBT-Store’s customer base. MBT-Store respects the privacy of all her customers and will only use the saved information for the intended use: to process your orders and keep you informed as well as possible. We will make sure that your details are handled confidentially. MBT-store will not sell your information to any third parties or make them public in any other way.

Returns and Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product which you have bought online, you can do so within 14 days. It does mean, however, that we will again apply shipping costs. Follow the procedure described below and create a new order for the correct product. In this way, we can settle any differences in price for a more or less expensive product..

For products which you buy ‘from a distance’, you have 14 days to change your mind. Within this period you can return the products without having an explanation and you will be refunded, if,

• The product is in its original state;
• The product is still in its original packaging;
• You have attached the filled-in returnform(also available via info@mbt-store.eu);
• You have attached the original invoice;
• You have made sure the package is stamped sufficiently.

You will lose your entitlement to financial refund when the product is used and/or damaged. Insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted, regardless of the reason stated for the return.

Exceptions

Orders which are ordered, made or adapted especially for you will naturally not be able to be returned or exchanged. On these products, the aforementioned trial period of 14 days will not apply.

Incorrect or faulty items

Despite all the care we take when handling your order, it may happen that you receive incorrect items or that your order is incomplete. When this is the case, please tell us within 14 days. We will resend you the package without any additional costs for you. The costs as a result of returning the items will also be refunded.

Refund

After we have received the items you returned in good order, refund will be processed within 14 days.

 

Prices, Offers and Sale

Prices

The prices mentioned on the website are the correct prices at the time of display, including VAT and excluding packaging and posting. Any adjustments in pricing between ordering and delivery will not be calculated to you. When it turns out there has been an obvious mistake in the pricing of the products, the correct price is the one you ultimately pay.

Offers and Sale

Offers and/or sales on www.mbt-store.eu are only valid for a certain period, as long as they are still in stock. These prices cannot be claimed before or after this period.
